Abhishek is a Mechanical engineer and an Entrepreneur. Just after college he tried to solve the grass root problem of farming in his home state Uttar Pradesh which resulted in formation of AGRIPLAST - one stop solution of Quality products for the farmers. He did farming for 3 years to understand the real problems faced by farmers and then fabricate an end to end solution for them. There is a huge gap for the supply of quality products and advisory services in the state which results in complete failure of the farmer . Today, the solutions provided by AGRIPLAST are helping farmers to upgrade each and every process of their farming. In the words of Abhishek “ When all Villages ,Blocks and Districts of the state will have farmers using technology for farming only then we can call our selves successful. Farming sector is the biggest employer in our country and when we empower our farmers the whole nation is empowered”. The journey has been exciting for him and the team and its potential is huge.

Shashank is an MBA pass out (Operations and Marketing) who has been the pillar of the organization and also a visionary entrepreneur. He always dreamt of doing something meaningful for the farmers in his home state Uttar Pradesh. Just after college he started doing farming to understand the problems faced by the farming community. The brother duo started AGRIPLAST together. In his words “We have the richest soil , water and environment but the use of technology is so minimal that there is no substantial benefit for the farmer. There lies a huge potential for the farmers and also for our organization.” We have been committed to deliver highest quality of products and advisory services to make farming a main stream business.

He is an MBA in (Operations and Marketing). He has a vast experience in service industry. He is by heart an entrepreneur and worked closely with startups in multiple sector. His love towards nature and creating a positive impact in the society he has joined AGRIPLAST. In his word “AGRIPLAST has the solutions that can benefit each section of farmers. In next 5 years AGRIPLAST aims to leave a footprint all across the country and become a known brand for farmers which can be trusted blindly”.
